Parent Portals

Good communication between parents/carers and school is vital for our students to be successful. All Swan communication is via online portals; this helps us make sure that information gets home quickly and accurately. 

ParentMail is where you are able to make payments for breaktime snacks, Sixth Form Dining, one-off purchases, lockers, trips, etc.  Add funds for breaktime snacks via the Dinner Topup Account on ParentMail.  Note - Family Dining Lunches are paid by Direct Debit outside of Parentmail.

All other information is accessible via My Child At School.

It is essential that parents sign up for both portals. Please find instructions for ParentMail here.
