Parent Portals

Good communication between parents/carers and school is vital for our students to be successful. All Swan communication is via online portals; this helps us make sure that information gets home quickly and accurately. 

ParentMail is where you are able to make payments for lunches, trips, etc. All other information is accessible via My Child At School.

It is essential that parents sign up for both portals. Please find instructions for ParentMail here for Years 7 to 11. We are pleased to help if you are having any difficulty registering for either service – please contact the office who can assist with this.
